The emote gallery's have now a new Gallery Director it is ^Chimpantalones. He made fine emotes hoppefully he can handle the position half so good as `livius have done.
But'll see in the future what happend with the gallery's it's up to him now to show us where he think the gallery's belong to.

Mmmh at the moment I'll do nothing start to think about many things. I hope I come in a few days to an result to concentrate on new things.

So I hope the best for the gallerys, but I'm not sure about the future...

It's nice to see that many people are happy that we've now one GD for our emote gallery's. It seem's that sometimes someone listen. I'm glad that the idea is taken.

In other things I've decided to take an break. To work on my own projects like my site, maybe I come up some day with some new work, but'll see if this happend or not.

I'm sure I'll take a look around of what happend here next, but now I've to do alot of work with my site, damn why it can't be so easy to do stuff like this...

Bad times for all emoticonists...

Our gallery director for emoticons `livius seems not to be longer our GD. Man she did an fantastic job over all gallery's here. What a pitty she's no longer in this position...

She had this special feeling for finding new artists and feature them on the right time, they give our gallerys attention by choosing the right dd's.

She cleaned our gallery's that we see of what we've done...

Overall she was the perfect one for this job she managed all...

There are so many miscatz now that you don't recognize any emotes there...

It seems the *EmoticonHQ project is died, too. Nothing happend there, in January was the last call and now no word was said if there're working on it or anything else...

<You see more and more that the emoticon community is not so important here on dA

I hope there is some new GD finding soon and I hope that we now become one only for the emoticon gallery's and not Icons and the other stuff too...

I think it's even better if the emoticongallery become there own, not these customi... thing... Why not put them to the digitalart -> pixelart, if you upload your work you can choose the category. Why not found them there too...

Questions over questions and the darkness is over our beloved gallerys...

The position for the emoticons GD is open you can found here more information of what you've to do. Thanks to =zacthetoad for the info.

Maybe there is somebody with the knowhow to get the position.

Update (05.05.08):
^PurpelBlur take care of the emoticon gallerys. If you have some DD suggestions or anything else to report you can talk to him. He do the job till a new GD is found...

I ever thought my work is not so bad, but overall I must come to the result that I've nothing special in my work. I don't can realize of what is in my head, maybe I've not the real feeling for doing good emoticons. I hope one day I can improve with my skillz, but at the moment it seems not good...

I started a few days ago a project called you made the emote. My target in this project is to practice more about animation. The best is that you can tell me of what I try to with the little emote. There are some really good ideas for now. And I think there were comming some other ones in the future.
A good thing is that I cand handle here all your wishes you voted in my last vote.

At the moment things get hard from hand, maybe it's a reason that I don't have many time to work on new stuff. I had several times new ideas but not the time to sit down and working on it, so I lost many of them. I've finished some stuff the last time not the way I wanted to do them but maybe you gave me some inspiration to found a good way out of it...

I finally in my own flat now, little things that must be fixed, but overall it's very nice now. Since a few days I've an internet conection, so my life is saved now.
